Workshop Terms, Conditions, Registration, Payment, and Cancellation Policies:
Early registration discounts will apply when registration and full payment is made on or before the specified date (usually one month before the registration deadline). Please note that 1/3 of the tuition fee is considered to be the deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. A payment of only the deposit can be made in advance to reserve space in the workshop, with the balance paid in full one week before the workshop.
Full refunds will only be given due to the rare occasion that TESOL Drama/Art of Connecting cancels a workshop. In the event that a participant must cancel attendance, they may receive credit for another workshop with written notice.
Participants are responsible for all individual transportation, airfare, and accomodation fees. No refunds or reimbursements will be given for transportation, airfare, or accommodation costs under any circumstances.
TESOL Drama/Art of Connecting is not responsible or liable for any accidents or illnesses related to the workshop, travelling, airfare, or accommodation. TESOL Drama/Art of Connecting adheres to a safe and respectful environment for its workshops. Students are asked to comply with safety and respect for themselves and others. If participants are experiencing symptoms of illnness or COVID-19 which include coughing, shortness of breath and fever, it is agreed that a COVID-19 antigen test must be taken to attend the workshop in person, otherwise arrangements for virtual attendance can be made.
Please inform facilitator of any disability or anything that would affect your performance in the workshop. All students will be given a form to sign acknowledging this safety policy and release of liability.
